Our Client, a Karachi-based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for new investments for the following permanent positions:
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT: COMMERCIAL
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and conduct Market Studies (demand, supply, market research and dynamics) and commercial feasibility and due diligence of the concept projects
Identify and explore new market opportunities, and develop strategic themes and actionable investment in commercially viable areas of strategic relevance - Conduct financial and economic feasibility studies of the projects and develop budget of the proposed projects at different stages
- Analyze business plans, develop financial models, and conduct due diligence and market valuation on potential investments and concept projects
- Assess and capture Global New Ventures opportunities.
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC-recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree-holder institution in finance, management, or any relevant field
- Any other financial certifications, such as CFA, ACCA, or CA, will be considered as a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization, with at least 2–6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position

Key Responsibilities
Review projects and tasks effectively, and write technical reports on the concept projects, proposals and potential investments
- Develop insightful presentations that summarize technical evaluations and suggestions and facilitate decision-making for senior management
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC-recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree-holder institution, preferably in Engineering or any relevant field.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Good Technical knowledge, including due diligence and evaluation
- Master in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
Data analysis skills such as Power BI, Python, R, etc - Understanding of eCommerce business and technology
similar experience in technical due diligence, project planning and execution, and demonstrated capability in technical evaluation and planning in projects.
