Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/ recognized by the HEC.

Minimum 06 years of working experience with at least 3 years in internal Communications and/or Corporate Communications and/or Employer Branding and/or Marketing Communications and/or Public Relations in a large size organization.

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities

- To design and execute comprehensive communication plans, support HR programs and initiatives.
- To work towards employer branding to strengthen NPs brand age and perception as an employer of choice.
- devise an HR strategy for social media and associated platforms to improve interaction with targeted audiences.
- To manage the intranet for it and develop content for distribution via the bank’s various channels.
- To ensure alignment of all communications with the company’s mission, vision, and strategy objectives.
- To develop communications to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture.
- conduct surveys, gather feedback on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments
- To develop and execute communication plans for organizational changes, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisors.

Employment Type
